This program will make a dramatic difference in the ability of all staff to communicate with their entire team to build more productive work relationships.

Sales, Marketing and Customer Service staff need to be able to work with all clients/customers in order to identify and to satisfy their expectations (even when they are not talking). Internal staffs need to work effectively and efficiently together to create great teams and to break down any "silos" between departments.

We have seen great benefit to all these positions from High Performance Communication.

Customised sessions are frequently delivered at our centre, other organisations, and conferences to meet the specific timing and staff needs of our clients.

Learning "Communication Profiling" and implementing it are two different issues. We want our clients to obtain maximum benefit from this practical technique.

To support the recognition, self-awareness and flexibility learned in the two-day program "High Performance Communication," we encourage clients to continue with on site consultation or to attend a half-day follow-up session.

The half-day session briefly reviews how to recognize the communication style of others and how to better "connect" with them. Clients are led through a practical discussion of how they have used this approach in communicating with "challenging" clients or staff members. Practical role plays are also used to further demonstrate both "styles" and "flexibility." Attendees are encouraged to bring client details, staff specifics and their own "assessment" for these discussions.

We are passionate about the implementation of the new skills learned in this Communication Program and we offer a variety of ways to ensure that these new skills are exercised regularly.

High Performance can involve leaders at the same level or a mixture of managers within an organisation, depending upon the desired outcome of the workshop. Strategy sessions can be combined with specific skill development to "light the path" on how improvements will be implemented.

Sessions can range from: facilitation; review of new leadership principles; development of skills; and/or thedesign of specific tools, procedures and systems to commence implementation of any of the above.

Approximately half of our leadership development programs are delivered in-house as compared to the public courses with leaders from a variety of organisations. These programs result from significant consultation with our clients (as part of our service) in order to customise them to the specific issues of the managers, culture or organisation.

The benefit of in-house programs is that the timing, as well as the topics, can be designed to meet the specific needs of the organisation. Sometimes all levels of management participate in the workshops. The ability to discuss specific staffing, procedures and development issues unique to leaders in an organisation can be a real value from these in-house programs.

While our regularly scheduled public courses in Leadership Development allow participants to learn from questions and issues in other organisations, these custom programs allow focus on your own organisation. After consultation with you and your team, we can recommend either a combination of public courses and custom follow-up seminars or a total in-house development program. Courses can be scheduled at our training centre in Hobart, at your organisation or at other venues; and we can make arrangements for any of these locations.

Follow up and implementation from these custom programs is often part of our recommendation to clients. After attending a program in development, sometimes individuals or different teams require specific follow up workshops to support the implementation of new leadership techniques. Our commitment is to the development of these new skills, not just the delivery of the approach.

Manage Expectations and Deliver

Based on the principles of project management , High Performance will work with you and your team to discuss and develop specific project management information, training and tools based upon your individual project and business team requirements.

This can be in the form of an initial intensive one day workshop or multi-day program to implement the principles and framework of project and account management into a live business project in the context of managing solutions.

After the initial workshop many clients request ongoing progress and program coaching meetings to ensure projects are complying with their objectives and to ensure that all appropriate skills and understanding are being transferred to your project team.

We'll customise this follow-up program at your organisation to develop specific project plans and work with you and your team to support, manage and implement the agreed action steps. In short, High Performance develops a specific program for you and your organisation to apply these principles to your unique projects or situations.

Although High Performance does not offer formally accredited project management or software based skills, we are happy to advise if this would be more appropriate to your specific business requirement. We often work with RTO's to customise components of the High Performance Project Management Program to fit within a formal framework.
